Monday's = Caroline Chamber Office, same hallway as

the Dentist at the Caroline Community Hub. Text or Call to Book.

 

Wednesday's = Bella Body Works Massage Studio - Rocky

Mountain House.

☆ Please wear flexible loose clothing. ie. Such as sports wear, No jeans ,

and for women sports or a loose bra is recommended.
